My name is Matthew Gittens and I’d cordially like to welcome you to the “Greatest Blog On Earth”. I figure since I’m spending money on this class I might as well have a outrageously great time with this course! My story is story filled with trial and error, failure and triumph, and the ability to find light in the darkest situations. I view life as a video game, the first 18 years are very similar too the tutorial. I’ve spent a good portion of my life learning the tutorial and I must say it has been interesting! I’m not going to bore you with menial details of my upbringing but I will give you a brief synopsis. In 18 years I’ve managed to attend 6 schools 3 of which were private schools, I absolutely hated private school and I would never wish that on any of my future children. I later attended South Girard, Central Freshman Academy, and Central High School. During my time in the PCBOE school district I found one of the best things to ever happen to me, Wrestling. Wrestling defines me as a person and a good portion of my life, You ask how does wrestling defines a persons life? Simple! Wrestling puts you in a position to fail and succeed, make speak up or stay quiet lurking in the shadows, and it gives you a chance to reveal just who you are. After I graduated CHS I went on to attend boot camp for the United States Marine Corps. During my time as a Marine I’ve made some of the best and WORST experiences of my life.
